Treva Levonitis - Mrs. Levonitis was a public school teacher for 9 years. She then became a trainer of teachers for the next 7 years as a Mentor with Great Expectations, a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of teaching methodology and teacher attitude. GE implements the latest research and best practices into a powerful school reform model and training curriculum. She has worked with numerous school systems in the state of Oklahoma and has been a presenter at statewide conferences. Christy Sheffield, M.Ed., NBCT – Mrs. Sheffield is an Education Consultant. She is a contract consultant and editor for Great Expectations, where she worked the last seven years as a Mentor with Mrs. Levonitis. She moved into these roles after 25 years teaching secondary English, speech, drama, and German as well as offering humanities classes through Interactive Educational Television. As a teacher, Christy earned National Board Teacher Certification, worked as technology master teacher, and wrote numerous plays for student drama productions. She was recognized as Oklahoma Foundation of Excellence Secondary Teacher of the Year and was named an Oklahoma Christa McAuliffe Fellowship recipient. She has been a presenter at numerous national conferences including the NCA Annual Meeting in Chicago and several Learning Brain Expo sessions in Florida, California, and Texas. csheffield@4tnoxrox.com

Steve Day, MFA (Creative Director) - Steve earned his BA studying under Marion Castleberry (Drama Desk Award nomination for best play The Traveling Lady). He earned his Directing MFA from Baylor, where he assisted Horton Foote’s 50th Anniversary production of The Traveling Lady and directed the Southern premiere of Foote's The Actor. He also assisted the first annual American Playwright's Festival honoring playwrights such as Tina Howe and Romulus Linney. He has worked with Olivier Award nominee Stafford Arima (Ragtime, Seussical, Altar Boyz), Emmy nominee Arthur Giron (Edith Stein, Becoming Memories), and Broadway/Off-Broadway Producer, Carolyn Rossi Copeland. Directing credits include: Invisible Child (MTF), the world premiere of Deadheading Roses at the Lamb’s Little Theatre, Miguel Manara, a lyric play, for Black Friars Theatre, a workshop of The World is Round by Armand Salacrou for the Horizon Theatre Repertory, and Refuge of Lies at Theatre Row. He is a member of the Lincoln Center directing lab and the Society of American Fight Directors. Steve resides in NY and is our contract Head Animation Director.

Chris Day, MFA (Screenwriter) - Chris was born in the Philippines, and spent her childhood in Hong Kong and China before returning to Oklahoma where she spent her teenage and college years. While earning her MFA in Stage Directing from Baylor University, she found her true artistic passion, playwriting. Chris has written six full length plays including A War in a Manger (commissioned and given a "first look presentation" by Art Within Theatre in Atlanta), Emily (upcoming Production at Acacia Theatre in Milwaukee, workshopped at Pacific Theatre in Vancouver), Deadheading Roses (produced by Firebone Theatre at The Lamb's in Times Square and Acacia Theatre, and published by Original Works Publishing), Debutantes Anonymous (workshopped at The Lamb's Theatre), The River Nun (developed at The Public EWG), and Lady of the Dunes. Chris also has six one act plays: Milking Success (Actor's Theatre of Louisville Semi-Finalist and MWTC finalist), Peanut Butter or Soy (Produced at Baylor University), Pankhurst (Produced at Baylor University), Nathaniel, Dig (The Public EWG retreat), and Port Authority (The Public EWG retreat). Chris is a proud member of the inaugural Emerging Writer's Group at The Public Theatre. Chris resides in NY and is our contract Head Screen Writer.

John Cragin, Ph.D. - Dr Cragin has a Ph.D. in Management and twenty years of business experience in thirty countries. He has worked for the Entrepreneur Company of the Year (Ernst and Young) and he has received the Entrepreneur Educator of the Year award. He has served as president of Management Technologies International Inc., an international consulting firm. He is also the co-founder and joint venture manager of Intertech Corp., Tianjin, China, and founder of Hunan Management Training Center, Changsha, China. John has been a business advisor for strategy projects for companies such as GM, Pittsburg Plate Glass, Sheraton ITT, Peavy, Detroit Edison, Dayton Hudsons, Great Lake Chemicals, and Motorola. He was done consulting work for major firms in thirty countries and six governments in Asia, Latin America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. He has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Republic Advisory Services - Republic is a Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Oklahoma City. The firm has a multi-tiered financial services practice that works with retail clients, high net worth clients and corporate clients. The diversity of clients and their unique (and similar) issues throughout the financial life-cycle has given Republic a content specialization in the fundamentals of personal finance that is beyond mere theory and academia. Brian Boone - Mr. Boone is a business operations consultant. Formerly he was Chief Service Officer at Dobson Communications (acquired by AT&T in 2007). Mr. Boone was employed by Dobson from 2001-2008 and had 7 direct reports who managed a combined workforce of 1,000. Previously he was Treasurer at Logix Communications for three years. Prior to that, Mr. Boone was a Manager at Arthur Andersen where he was employed from 1992-1998. Mr. Boone has an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed CPA.

Tracey Swafford - Mrs. Swafford has been an elementary school teacher for 17 years. She has three sons, one of which is a high school junior and beta test student for our course modules. Mrs. Swafford was a high school salutatorian and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.S. in Elementary Education.

Brooks Levonitis, M.Ed., MBA - Mr. Levonitis is a content and methodology advisor to 4tNox. He is an RIA representative and holds an Oklahoma Superintendent’s license. He has a graduate degree in Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, an MBA from Oklahoma City University, and studied post-graduate at Oklahoma State University. He is a former coach / teacher, has worked with teenagers for 20 years, and has been a counselor / clinician at numerous Athlete’s In Action camps and clinics. Mr. Levonitis has private investments in diverse industries including education, technology, finance, and publishing. He is a former partner in a manufacturing and distribution company that was sold to a $100MM international manufacturer and distributor.
